Here is your challenge.
Underserved communities in the United States continue to suffer from insufficient access to healthcare. Complex and persistent challenges demand new and innovative solutions - how can you leverage Azure Bot Service + other Azure services to build an application which addresses healthcare inequities for underserved communities?
Run with one of the following three themes: (1) Empower providers, (2) Streamline access, (3) Engage patients

Tackle this challenge and build an open-source project using Azure Bot Service and other Azure services to improve healthcare outcomes for underserved communities. If you’re just starting with Azure or Azure Bot Service, check out the Resources tab for learning content that can give you the jumpstart you need to tackle this challenge.

Requirements
What to Build
Build an open-source application prototype which leverages Azure Bot Service alongside other Azure services to improve healthcare outcomes for underserved communities.
What to Submit
- Provide a URL to your working prototype.
- Provide a URL to your GitHub code repository. Repository must be public and have an open source license from one of the following:
- MIT - https://opensource.org/licenses/MIT
- Apache 2.0 - https://opensource.org/licenses/Apache-2.0
- 3-Clause BSD - https://opensource.org/licenses/BSD-3-Clause
- Include a video (3-5 minutes) that demonstrates your project in action (hosted on YouTube, Vimeo, or Facebook Video and made public). Video must include an explanation of how your project might improve Healthcare outcomes for underserved communities.
- Provide an Azure Reference Architecture outlining a high-level overview of the tools and devices used within the application.
